The cherries were then dried as naturals.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is a Brazilian coffee that stands out significantly from a classic Brazil Natural: \u003cstrong\u003efiner, fruitier, and more complex\u003c\/strong\u003e, without losing its typical chocolatey character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the light filter roast, a harmonious interplay of \u003cstrong\u003ecocoa, apricot, grape, and orange\u003c\/strong\u003e emerges. The pronounced sweetness, reminiscent of \u003cstrong\u003esugarcane\u003c\/strong\u003e, connects the fruity notes with the smooth cocoa flavor. A fine, well-integrated acidity gives the coffee additional vibrancy without becoming overpowering.
