This microlot of the \u003cstrong\u003eArara\u003c\/strong\u003e variety is available exclusively from us and represents our sustainable partnership with Sítio Boa Vista and Timo from Petunia Coffee.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn contrast to the last Boa Vista microlot we offered, this coffee was \u003cstrong\u003eneither fermented anaerobically nor with the addition of yeast cultures\u003c\/strong\u003e. After harvesting, the coffee cherries were fermented on a trailer under a tarp. As a result, the fermentation took place under \u003cstrong\u003eoxygen-reduced, though not entirely anaerobic, conditions\u003c\/strong\u003e. The cherries were then dried as naturals.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is a Brazilian coffee that clearly stands out from a classic Brazil Natural: \u003cstrong\u003efiner, fruitier, and more complex\u003c\/strong\u003e, without losing its typically chocolatey character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\"\u003eWe particularly enjoy the intense aroma of \u003cstrong\u003echocolate mousse\u003c\/strong\u003e, which lingers on the palate. This is accompanied by fruity notes of \u003cstrong\u003eapricot, grape, and orange\u003c\/strong\u003e, as well as a sweetness reminiscent of sugarcane. The fine acidity is harmoniously integrated and gives the espresso added vibrancy.
