This microlot of the \u003cstrong\u003eArara\u003c\/strong\u003e variety is exclusively available from us and represents our sustainable partnership with Sítio Boa Vista and Timo from Petunia Coffee.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn contrast to the last Boa Vista microlot we offered, this coffee was \u003cstrong\u003eneither fermented anaerobically nor with the addition of yeast cultures\u003c\/strong\u003e. After harvesting, the coffee cherries were fermented on a trailer under a tarp. As a result, the fermentation took place under \u003cstrong\u003eoxygen-reduced, but not completely anaerobic, conditions\u003c\/strong\u003e. The cherries were then dried as naturals.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is a Brazilian coffee that stands out significantly from a classic Brazil Natural: \u003cstrong\u003efiner, fruitier, and more complex\u003c\/strong\u003e, without losing its typical chocolatey character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the light filter roast, a harmonious interplay of \u003cstrong\u003ecocoa, apricot, grape, and orange\u003c\/strong\u003e emerges. The pronounced sweetness, reminiscent of \u003cstrong\u003esugarcane\u003c\/strong\u003e, connects the fruity notes with the smooth cocoa flavor. A fine, well-integrated acidity gives the coffee additional vibrancy without becoming overpowering.
